Glad we had separate bedroom and late check-out, the stay was enjoyable overall. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of food. The room was fairly quiet and tidy, there were a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

From start to finish - a pleasant experience in Palma Old town. During the stay everything was perfect and I got ironing as a compliment. Light and tidy room with good amenities, had everything needed. Location was ideal, next door to Christmas Market. Not to mention easy 5 mins walk from a supermarket and a bakery, plus good restaurants all around.
